Born in Hamar, Norway, Bendik is a musician and composer who studied at Berklee college of music in Boston. He has collaborated with the Norwegian Broadcasting Company NRK and ITV Studios among others, and he is the composer and co-founder of the Game Development Company Pixfork Games.

Through exploring the diversity of genres and different types of instrumentation, from orchestral to electronic music, Bendik composes music for visual media, as well as music that stands on its own
